For the HL-XXXX-Install the toner cartridge into the new/remanufactured drum unit. With the front door still open, press and hold the “GO” button for 5 seconds until all the LEDs light up. Once all four LEDs are lit, release “GO”. Close the front cover.
For the MFC make sure the machine is on and open the front cover. Press the clear or clear\back button. If your printer has a numeric keypad press 1 to reset the counter. If no keypad press the up arrow. When the LCD reads accepted close the front door.
